Social Network Configuration

Configure your organization's social media profiles used across the website, emails, and other public-facing pages.

General 2 min read

The Social Network Configuration page allows you to store links to your organization's official social media profiles.

These links are used throughout InstiKit wherever social media icons or profile links are displayed, such as:

  • Website footer
  • Email templates
  • Public pages
  • Login pages
  • Marketing pages
  • Other public-facing sections of the application

Keeping these links updated helps users quickly connect with your organization through their preferred social media platforms.

Best Practices

  • Use only official organization profiles.
  • Enter complete URLs beginning with https://.
  • Verify each link before saving.
  • Remove links for platforms your organization does not actively use.
  • Keep your social media information up to date.

Important Notes

  • Social media links are publicly accessible wherever they are displayed.
  • Updating a URL automatically updates it across all supported sections of the application.
  • Leaving a field empty simply hides that social media icon from supported pages.

Saving Changes

After updating your social media links, click Save to apply the changes.

The updated links will be reflected automatically in supported sections such as the website, email templates, and other public-facing pages.
