InstiKit connects to the services schools rely on every day. Parents pay fees through the school's own payment gateway, notifications go out through the school's SMS and WhatsApp provider, and attendance devices send punches straight into the ERP.
Payment gateways
- India: Razorpay, CCAvenue, BillDesk, PayU and ICICI Orange.
- Africa: Paystack (Nigeria, Ghana and other Paystack markets) and Hubtel (Ghana).
- Malaysia: Billplz.
- International: Stripe and PayPal.
Every gateway works with InstiKit's fee management: parents pay from the portal or app, receipts are generated automatically, and payments update the student fee record.
SMS and WhatsApp
- MSG91 for SMS and WhatsApp.
- Twilio for SMS in many countries.
- A custom SMS gateway option for most providers with an HTTP API.
Attendance devices
Biometric, RFID and face recognition devices connect through InstiKit's secure device API, and QR code attendance works with just the mobile app.

Resellers and SaaS operators can offer schools the gateways and providers that work in their market, from UPI in India to mobile money in Ghana.
