The Student Dashboard provides students with quick access to their academic information, fee status, timetable, learning resources, announcements, and upcoming events. It serves as the student's home page after logging into the portal.
Overview
The Student Dashboard is displayed after a student logs in. It brings together the most important information required for day-to-day academic activities without navigating through multiple modules.
Depending on the enabled modules and assigned permissions, some widgets may be hidden or additional widgets may appear.
The dashboard helps students quickly answer questions such as:
- What classes do I have today?
- Are there any new announcements?
- What assignments have been shared?
- Is any fee payment pending?
- What events are coming up?
- What subjects am I enrolled in?
Student Profile
The profile section displays basic information about the logged in student.
Typical information includes:
- Student Name
- Class and Section
- Admission Number
- Contact Number
- Student Photograph
If multiple student profiles are linked to the same login, a student selector is available to switch between them.
Fee Summary
The Fee Summary widget provides an overview of the student's fee status.
Depending on the configured fee structure, it may display:
- Fee Heads
- Installments
- Due Dates
- Paid Amount
- Outstanding Balance
The View Fee button opens the complete fee details.
Feed
The Feed section displays information shared by the school.
Depending on enabled modules, it may include:

- Announcements
- Learning Materials

- Internal Messages
Students can stay updated without visiting individual modules.
Calendar
The calendar displays important academic events and activities.

Selecting a date displays the events scheduled for that day.

The Academic section provides an overview of the student's enrolled subjects.

The Timetable widget displays the student's daily class schedule.
