The Guardian Dashboard provides parents and guardians with a consolidated view of their children's academic and school activities. It allows guardians to monitor attendance, fee status, timetable, announcements, and other important information from a single screen.
Overview
The Guardian Dashboard is displayed after a guardian logs in. It is designed to provide quick access to information related to one or more students linked to the guardian's account.
Depending on the enabled modules and assigned permissions, some widgets may be hidden or additional widgets may appear.
The dashboard helps guardians quickly answer questions such as:
- How is my child's attendance?
- Is any fee payment pending?
- What classes are scheduled today?
- Has the school published any new announcements?
- Are there any upcoming school events?
- What subjects is my child enrolled in?
Student Selection
A guardian account can be linked to one or multiple students.
The Student Selector at the top of the dashboard allows guardians to switch between their children. Once a student is selected, all dashboard information is automatically updated to display data for the selected student.
This makes it easy for parents with multiple children studying in the institution to manage all student information from a single login.
Student Profile
The profile section displays basic information about the selected student.
Typical information includes:
- Student Name
- Class and Section
- Admission Number
- Student Photograph
- Contact Information
Changing the selected student immediately refreshes the displayed information.
Fee Summary
The Fee Summary widget provides an overview of the selected student's fee status.
Depending on your institution's fee configuration, it may display:
- Fee Heads
- Installments
- Due Dates
- Paid Amount
- Outstanding Balance
The View Fee button opens the complete fee details for the selected student.
Feed
The Feed section displays important information published by the institution.
Depending on enabled modules, it may include:
- Notices
- Announcements
- Learning Materials
- Assignments
- Student Diary
- School Menu
- Internal Messages
This helps guardians stay informed about their child's academic and school activities.
Calendar
The integrated calendar displays important school events.
Examples include:
- Holidays
- Examinations
- Parent Meetings
- School Events
- Competitions
- Other academic activities
Selecting a date displays the events scheduled for that day.
Academic
The Academic section provides an overview of the selected student's enrolled subjects.
Typical information includes:
- Subject Name
- Subject Code
- Weekly Classes
- Assigned Subjects
This allows guardians to easily review their child's academic information.
Timetable
The Timetable widget displays the selected student's class schedule.
Depending on your institution's timetable configuration, it may include:
- Period
- Subject
- Teacher
- Classroom
- Start Time
- End Time
Guardians can switch between different dates to review upcoming class schedules.
Gallery
The Gallery displays photographs and media shared by the institution.
Examples include:
- School Events
- Competitions
- Celebrations
- Annual Functions
- Educational Activities
Guardians can browse recently published albums directly from the dashboard.

The Guardian Dashboard is permission based.
Schools can choose to enable or disable access to modules such as:

Guardians only see widgets that are available for their account.
